Staff Report HYDERABAD: A series of low intensity blasts struck Hyderabad, Larkana, Naushero Feroze, Kotri, Nawabshah, Dadu and other cites of Sindh on Tuesday, killing one person and wounding three others, SAMAA reports. Three cracker blasts took place at Liberty Chowk, Hyder Chowk and Qasimabad in Hyderabad, in which one person was killed and two others, including a policeman, suffered injuries. SP Hyderabad Fida Hussain said that blasts were aimed at spreading fear and panic in the city. There was no suicide attack, he said. In addition, six crackers have been reported in Dadu city. A mini bus and a track were set on fire near Kotri. According to the police, the blasts have been carried out at Bus Station, Chandni Chowk, Shamsabad, Press Club, Cinema Chowk and Malah Chowk. There are no immediate reports of any casualties in the explosions. – SAMAA
